Letus公司推出了類似P+S公司PRO 35的產品，能讓可換鏡頭的ENG攝影機不過透過原本的鏡頭就能直接使用Letus Extreme，以得到更少的失光以及淺景深的效果，並可搭配不同的接環使用各廠牌的相機鏡頭，甚至是電影鏡頭。其中又區分了給1/2" 及2/3"不同片幅感光元件的攝影機所使用的接環，而接環本身有光圈及後焦調整功能，而專業機接上接環並搭配其他單眼或電影鏡頭時，可以獲得比原本鏡頭更淺的景深，因為前端還是使用了比35mm還大的毛玻璃當作成像屏，不過在影像銳利度上就不及原本的攝影機鏡頭，但是就目前鮮師看過的外國測試影片來說，倒是很有Filmlook的味道~
其中1/2"的接環是可以給SONY EX3所使用的。

Letus 2/3" Pro Relay

12 lens group version of the Letus35 Relay Lens Module for B4 mount cameras. 103mm in length. 3/4 stop brighter than the P+S PRO35 relay. This relay lens will allow you to attach a Letus35 Extreme, Elite, or Ultimate adapter directly to the camera body bypassing the stock lens entirely. Precision calibrated to the Letus35 adapters (Extreme, Elite, and Ultimate). We cannot guarantee compatibility with other adapters.

Letus 1/2" Relay

The Letus 1/2" relay lens is now available for pre-order. The Letus35 1/2" relay lens is designed for cameras with a ½” image sensor and removable lens system. The Letus relay will allow you to bypass the stock lens of your camera and attach a Letus adapter (Extreme, Elite, or Ultimate) directly to your camera body on cameras with removable lenses such as the Sony PMW-EX3.
