Real Video Shot:       First of all...you must prepare 2 cameras and finish alignment & Sync problem...
                                 Maybe it's more convenient for you to buy 3D camera to eliminate from this problem...

Easy 3D Pic :  The most easiest way is using power point or drawer to make  L&R Image...
                     You have to adjust the disparity for L&R to make it watches more stereo!!

Advanced 3D Animation: Maya or 3D Max
